Right on Sharkman- most punches do not get fined at all, Gallagher's violent sucker punch only resulted in a $2500 fine and it was probably the most vicious punch I have seen in the NHL this year, but then Panarin gets $5000 for throwing a glove at Marchand. The Rangers don't need him. The Habs need him, but wih Gorton my expectation will be FIRE SALE time for the Habs. The next couple of NHL drafts look great, and if the Habs tank a little bit they can get Shane Wright:
