What's a comedy show is that Vigneault-Therrien is being replaced by none other than Mike Yeo, who was the "most likely NHL coach to be fired" just 3 years ago in St. Louis before he was fired. Later that season the Blues won the Stanley Cup, further angering fans about how Yeo mishandled the team. After reading that Yeo headed the list of coaches likely to be fired I immediately went to read local St. Louis media and you guys cannot believe the things I read about Yeo. The fans and media down in St. Louis wanted the guy drawn and quartered! You Montreal fans sometimes are jaded into thinking fans and media in the American cities aren't as passionate and don't give a shit, but you really should have seen what they said about Yeo before they ran his ass out of town. And after that debacle where does he end up but Philadelphia, which has the hardest fan base and most dysfunctional management of perhaps any American hockey team. It should be fun to see what happens to Yeo in Philly, but my bet is it will not end well, unless he learned from his harsh demise in St. Louis.
