Exactly it. I’ve been in a couple of meetings where we talked and next thing I know, 50 minutes was up and that was it; no cleanup necessary.
That’s the point I’m trying to make. Shouldn’t be talking about anything else when booking; customer should do their own research or just TOFTT blind.
I know my XO bookings were all boring reading; is so and so available? Yes let’s confirm. Then day off get location. No discussions ever about consideration or services ever.
IME bookers in the popular agencies here don’t really initiate communications on consideration/services unless the customer asked about it or if the customer gave the impression they are a noob.
