Lets be real here, there is no such thing as an ethical way of paying people to fuck them!It leaves me with the feeling that trying to hobby ethically is hard. Peace to all.

I never it should be that. I just said there got to be consequences. Btw strippers are penalized for coming late and got to pay a much higher bar service fee. What penalty would you consider as acceptable for repeat cancellations?Sure but, giving money to your employer cannot be part of the consequences, dude come on, its total absurdity .
This reminds me that I once worked for a law firm at which real estate paralegals were "fined" if they made mistakes in real estate closing statements. For example if there was a $200 mistake, $200 would be taken out of their pay. This was back in the 1990s when I was a very young associate at a law firm I only worked at for 2.5 years. The employer's rationale behind these "fines" was that it would "deter" them from making the same mistakes again. I suppose a similar rationale to a hockey fine designed to "deter" excessively violent conduct.Sure but, giving money to your employer cannot be part of the consequences, dude come on, its total absurdity .
Things have changed a lot since. Today you can put all 3 groups on the same level since, street gangs have upped their game and are now, as violent as the others.I wonder if these people have any association with street gangs. There was a LE sweep of low life street gangs a few years ago. On top is the Italian Mafia, then the bikers with the Hells on top of that group, then at the bottom of the heap is the street thugs. Any association with these scum will bring LE heat.
Send them homeI never it should be that. I just said there got to be consequences. Btw strippers are penalized for coming late and got to pay a much higher bar service fee. What penalty would you consider as acceptable for repeat cancellations?
Street gang criminals are as rich and as involved as the other organized crime, only the structure is different. Havent you see the news in the past 5-6 years?street criminals don't own big bucks agencies...
Even though I am older than you I wasn’t around in 2005-2010 as far as hobbying so have no idea what you are talking about nor what Tom of the blue board, ( I am aware of the failed blue board) was doing. Was not referring to either. Everyone who was around 2005-2010 knows who I am referring to. Pointless to name names because others had the same or similar structures. I also remember a consortium of "independents" that Tom of blue board was allegedly behind. Not sure of what the truth was on any of it, but the point is nobody knows. We are using labels that in some cases may not be real. The word "independent" is malleable in some cases and may mean something else.
It reminds me of the legal debate between what is an "independent contractor" and what is an ""employee." The average person thinks the Courts in the U.S.A resolve this by what your tax returns or records show. WRONG!!!!!! It's a fact-sensitive control test. An independent contractor truly controls their work. An employee does not. The same test applies in my mind in the escort world.
For me there is a whole difference between paying for someone blackmailed, intimidated, manipulated, minor or else versus paying versus someone like Sonia Von Sacher who seems to be happy. That is my moral line that legal or not I will not crossed.Lets be real here, there is no such thing as an ethical way of paying people to fuck them!
Xo you actually see more comments defending XO than condemning them? I am asking because I don’t.It's shocking to me that this thread is still going on and that people are blatantly defending exploitation.

You constantly refer back to times that are ancient history and nobody gives a fuck about and you haven’t been in Montreal in ages and know fuck all of recent events.
Why inject yourself in conversations that you know nothing about.
Btw nobody gives a fuck about the courts in the USA either. We live in Montreal and we are concerned with LE here and how seriously LE may take the situation after cracking down on XO.
I think most of us would agree with everything you said , however Capt is correct that there is no such thing as ethically paying for sex especially when it is against the law.For me there is a whole difference between paying for someone blackmailed, intimidated, manipulated, minor or else versus paying versus someone like Sonia Von Sacher who seems to be happy. Because what happened 20 years ago and organizations of businesses wasn't new then and it's not a new development now. It didn't disappear and it's a part of the history of the business. You are supposed to learn from history and not ignore it. The debate is not a new one.Even though I am older than you I wasn’t around in 2005-2010 as far as hobbying so have no idea what you are talking about nor what Tom of the blue board, ( I am aware of the failed blue board) was doing.

Quebec law is exactly the same as CT law on independent contractor status as is mentioned in my post. It's also pretty much the law in all 50 states. So you should give a fuck. If you took a bar exam anywhere and guessed that it's what you file your taxes as you guessed wrong. Do a 10 second AI search and you will know this.Btw nobody gives a fuck about the courts in the USA either.
oh i got it. I very well know there are good and bad apples everywhere. I was just making the point that one of the many reasons I prefer mps over agencies, is I dont have to go into residential buildings where i have no business being. Plus i basically have adopted a couple of places i dont have any doubts about ethically, at least with respect to the girls. And good agencies exist. I don’t feel like you understand very well what people here are trying to explain. Massage parlours aren’t better than agencies, they’re basically all the same.
Bad agencies exist, bad massage parlours exist, bad indies exist. I also don’t consider someone being pimped to be an independent worker, she’s very much dependent of her pimp
Everything is new the agencies the government the SP, LE.Because what happened 20 years ago and organizations of businesses wasn't new then and it's not a new development now. Plenty of unethical things are legal and things that are ethical are illegal for instance possessing weed was illegal until a few years ago. For me, legal doesn't necessarily means ethical.I think most of us would agree with everything you said , however Capt is correct that there is no such thing as ethically paying for sex especially when it is against the law
Well we dunno. Did they really keep every text since their conception? We are talking about ten years from so many clients. Also do you think they kept the same phone? Probabl got new phones. Texts probably have been deleted. Regular users of XO texts are more likely to be there. At this point, LE probably has every single text message sent to XO. Could well be the case with other agencies that may be monitored by LE.
Why not? What makes it unethical to you? Because it's against the law?Lets be real here, there is no such thing as an ethical way of paying people to fuck them!
