I think no drama means no crossing of boundaries, on both sides.. That could involve a number of things.
I've had random providers throw tantrums at me because a client had given their name as references. I suspect very inexperienced providers who aren't serious about their reputation could do stuff like this. Getting jealous of other girls, begging for money randomly, making threats of blackmail, contacting the client's wife, stealing, etc. Other people being present at the incall, the boyfriend contacting the client. Shit like this.
''No drama'' could also mean as a provider you don't want drama such as: the client discussing his personal issues with you out in the open on forums like Merb, him pressuring for a romantic relationship, stalker behavior, gossiping about other SP and trying to pit them against each other, sharing personal info with other people, constantly contacting you and getting mad if you don't respond right away, extreme parasocial behavior, asking for discounts, boundary pushing etc.
It's unfortunate that this industry is full of drama precisely because it involves social media and forums meaning not always respectful discussions, communal spaces both online and in real life, a lot of competition, weird laws, just generally a tough atmosphere to navigate for everyone involved. Unfortunately it's kinda unavoidable even if you don't always see it.
