I think you are being maybe a tad too harsh on poor Nancy Pelosi it is not her fault she doesn’t have 20 people following her around to remind her of things like wearing a mask when going to see her hairdresser, then again laws only apply to the average American not to aristocrats like her and Hillary.
She doesn’t give a shit about releasing money to people who need it if it might help defeat Trump.
She doesn’t have to worry about putting food on the table or getting her hair done.

As someone who dislikes DT I can relate ....I used to be much more critical of the POTUS but have since mellowed down ,,,considerably I might add ... still I never really blamed him for everything and anything and then some more , as many do here haha . I’m not defending him , and I hope they get to vote him out from office tmr but at the same time I don’t think he is the Antichrist that many make him out to be on these threads but it’s cool because comic relief is always welcome

A woman (Warren), a gay (Buttigieg), a socialist (Sanders),a latino (Castro) would not have stood a chance versus the alpha male that is Trump.
Not in those times of intolerance, hate, bigotry and polarization, which he invigorated since he came down the escalator of Trump Tower, 5 years ago, labelling Mexicans as rapists.
So, the only person who could go toe to toe with him, had to be another septuagenarian white man who can't be defined by his race , gender or sexual orientation.

Having said that, I wonder why you have mellowed down considerably.
If that's true I blame him for a lot of things:
When we don't agree with him, he dismisses him.
He lies like he breathes (20,000 lies that have been verified).
All my life I have never seen such a disrespectful man.
I don't like politicians, those who come in good and honest become corrupt, and those like Trump who don't already come in unprincipled and corrupt, so that's what I'm stepping in.
Trump continues to insult all these opponents and often these close collaborators.
He is the most disrespectful politician I know.
You're right Biden is an old politician who won't complete his term if elected, but at least he's empathetic.
He denigrated all scientists, a man who advises drinking disinfectant, or getting a UV lamp into the body.

You also have to give Trump and the Republican Party credit for sticking with their principles, namely: lying, racism, voter suppression and voter intimidation. They have been very consistent in adhering to those strategies.
