There is the constant refrain from the left that populace must sacrifice some individual rights for the common good. This is the bottom line. Lockdown etc. will be good for the society (on average). Sacrifice your competing power for the sake of disadvantaged (minorities, women, transgenders etc.) prevent global warming, shut down your oil well when you are still driving a gasoline car and flying an airplane. COVID came very handy but it has started way before it. Guess what? This average wellbeing for the society is often perpendicular to a wellbeing of an individual. Then what? Then enforcement starts. When it ends? If tiger tests human flesh it becomes addicted to it. If I don’t believe in the religion of the Global Warming or BLM movement, why I should be forced to comply? They called it “capitalism with a human face”. They should look at the mirror more carefully. I think this human face started to grow horns. Maybe I am paranoid but have been given a very strong vaccine against this stuff.
