no one likes the results of an election if your candidate doesn’t win. Especially this year with the widespread mail in ballets. Consider Killery Clinton in 2016. She has been whining about the Russians and even accused Tulsi Gabberd as being a Russian operative. 66% of Democratic voters polled believed that the Russians flipped the vote count in 2016. Stacy Abraham’s is still walking around calling herself the legitimate Governor of GA. In 2004 Al Gore challenged several counties where he lost in FL and even tried to block the counting of absentee ballets by the military.

In Michigan they have already reversed one race. It was a drain commissioner in Oakland county who was the victim of a computer glitch. In Antrim County Michigan there was another glitch that gave 6000 votes to Biden. I don’t think that they can find enough to change the outcome by a long shot but it may help people gain confidence in the system. If there is nothing to hide there was no need to paste cardboard over the windows during the vote counting in Wayne County.

Let the legal process play out so that we do. It have a repeat of the 2016 election where everyone is crying that the Russians flipped the election results.

The media considered Al Gore the president a week after his election versus Bush as well. Everybody needs to chill out and trust the process and the Constitution. Since the media cannot determine who the next president is we need to wait for the electors. While we wait for the electorate college Trump is perfectly in his right to seek legal actions. I don’t see Trump winning, but he along with many Republicans feel that there is something to be litigated.

I understand the Biden transition team is already meeting with world leaders. Why not? The media has already called the contest for Biden so why not? How the media feels is more important than a 250 year old legal process. Here’s the problem: Is it possible that members of the Biden transition team are violating the Logan Act? Or does this act only apply to people that the media doesn’t like or conservatives such as Dick Flynn?

This actually inspires confidence in MSNBC. They did the right thing in firing someone when they discovered a conflict of interest. On the other hand, Fox continues to employ Hannity who has actually appeared at rallies for Trump.

The Logan Act is a federal law which criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States. Who says that they are negotiating? Have they met with Russians as Flynn did or any other country which is in dispute with the USA?

As for the media calling the election, they did so for Trump in 2016 (and every other election I can remember before 2016) the Electoral College met. Trump lost this time by a larger margin than Clinton did in 2016 and she went quietly.

And while you are worrying about laws being violated, Trump has violated the Emoluments Clause almost every single day of his presidency.

I just checked the Constitution and was unable to find anything about The NY Times deciding the outcome of an election:

I like this but there is a difference. Trump is the first President in awhile to pull back
