Failing to protect the old and more vulnerable doesn’t seem like a valid excuse.
Next it will be that Quebec has an older population than normal so it should not be counted lol.
What is so disheartening is that it hit these nursing homes so hard in the first wave and we didn’t seem to have learnt anything as it is again going to be worst in these homes.
