I searched on Google and saw nothing confirming it.
There is a very strong rumor that Trump will indeed open up his Flagship "No Fake News" Network in order to crush and vanquish Fox News, and that this is why Fox was giving Biden 264 electoral votes days ago when not a single other news station was doing so. Reports are that this decision by Fox enraged Trump and emboldened him to open the new network ASAP, and that this new business venture will be his main focus when his presidency ends.

CNN declared Biden as elected President.
I don’t understand their jubilation though, they probably have a year left of still blaming everything on Trump and after that they will be all out of news.
No more Trump, no more reason for them to exist, Anderson Cooper standing in a Hurricane on a Florida beach is not that news worthy.
As far as Biden’s most important to do list.
It will always be to remember his name and to hide the name tag hidden in his jacket for quick reference.

Excellent reply! But in all seriousness, there has been a huge disconnect with Fox News and Trump recently, especially after they called Arizona first. So we will see how this all pans out. And congrats again to President Biden.
