Hello all,

This is not directed about or at any single agency or individual, and in this thread it's preferable that no agency or individual should be singled out. But what I am talking about is the situation where owners (male as far as I have been told so far) are holding back appointments from clients and working opportunities from ladies in order to motivate or coerce (choose you own term as you may) the escorts to provide sex for themselves before the she can get work. Over the last few years a number of ladies have surprisingly described exactly this situation about more than one owner after I have said, I'm so happy to meet you at last, I have tried many times to meet you.

So how common is this from your knowledge. I am not asking for speculation, a recitation of rumors, or guesswork. The question is have escorts described this situation to you and if so how often. Of course there are many reasons why an escort might not be given work, and when I indicate I have only heard this about male owners I realize women owners can be as devious and selfish in other ways, so I am not suggesting males are worse. But this is only about owners in general using the leverage of escort working opportunities to have sex with their ladies. Have you been told the same.

Curious,

Merlot

Nothing would surprise me in Montreal's Escort Business, including what you described. It's a dirty business populated by some real interesting creatures who engage in all types of what any normal person would describe as bizzare behavior. Things like SP's working "sick" and the drivers either giving it to them or getting it from them. Same SP's ducking others knowledge of sickness by changing agencies and names. Owner's requiring "trying out the merchandise" and performing "on the job training and direction". At least one agency owner requiring this "training" prior to beginning work. I can think of dozens of scams, angles, manias, etc..etc...etc... Yes, escorts have described almost everything you've mentioned. One who I later saw many times on the side after she and I compared notes (via online chat) about when I was in town, had her booked with her agency owner, only to have him call with some BS excuse why she couldn't show up at the last minute. This agency owner of course offerred me other choices, which I declined. I'm just guessing he was doing some sort of inventory re-allocation.

these are the things I heard fluently from SPs, for this reason, there are several popular SPs to respect their own dignity they decide to start their own agency and work on their business.

it would be naive for anyone to think this does not go on.

don't worry about all of the crap that goes on in this biz. use the hobby to satisfy whatever it is you need, or else you'll ruin your own fun.

It's nice to discuss this all in a vacuum (and I know naming of names won't be allowed here even when the reports come from rock solid credible forum members) but it's a shame that we can't know the names so we could boycott these agencies and make them change their practices.

I'm curious... for those who have received reports that they accept as credible... have you boycotted the agencies who treat their ladies this way?

Hello Dee,

If any escort wishes to become a member and make the statement herself, we would have no problem with that. Anything else would be considered second hand information and as such would not be permitted. Unless a member has witnessed such an event personally, all he has is someone else's word that the event did in fact occur. Hearsay and rumor is not fact and is not permitted to be posted without proof.

Here's an interesting non-parallel between the real world and the escort world............In the real world an employer of a "service business" often accompanies a new employee on their first interactions with the customers so they can assure themselves the services are being delivered in the manner which the employer requires.....this is simply good customer service and business management. In addition, many companies have extensive training of personnel before they ever meet the first customer.....some large organizations even have customer simulations as part of training. I'm not advocating or even implying any such treatment or proceedures in the escort world, but it is an interesting non-parallel between this business and many other service businesses...Just random thoughts...

Hello CS,

LOL! Here is another non-parallel between the real world and the escort world....qiud pro quo with anything sexual involved usually ends up in litigation with the lady (offended party) involved receiving a hefty settlement. Hell, say something in the wrong context with any sexual connotation and as long as a member of the opposite sex "interprets" it in a sexually offensive way it is grounds for sexual harassment.

Oh to live in the fantasy world...

Have fun,

Jman

I know of one owner who pressures his staff and another who propositions, but doesn't pressure. However, many of the escorts I've met have had far worse things happen to them than being propositioned by an agency owner.

One of the escorts I reviewed more than a year ago switched from a very well know agency during her first week. Guess why. Another was propositioned, but not pressured by an agency owner and stayed with her agency.

excellent post "bot"..

Enjoy "yourself" and stop worrying about the rest, isnt the "hobby" about escaping reality for the most part? then stop looking for the dirty side and just treat the ladies well and have fun

I agree with johnmbot and Igna69xxx, why do you guys worry about this, you have a date with a nice woman just enjoy the moment and leave the gossip outside, also there's always two side of this and most of the time we get the girls side, what if it is the SP that starts this and they do it to get more calls from a certain booker(owner) or some privilege from a driver, i have heard lots of stories like that too but we are human so we do things like that. If i was a driver or owner of an agency and i would meat dozens of different and gorgeous girls i would probably do the same:D

One of my favorite SP's has worked at at least 3 different agencies since I have been coming to Montreal. She had recently switched agencies because she claimed the agency that she formally worked for made the girls "party" with the owner. If you didn't, the owner wouldn't give you very many appointments. As a result, she left agency "A" and went to work at agency "B" where this does not happen. I found it comforting to know that a girl has the opportunity to walk out if this is happening.

Around Montréal...
Really interesting to be able to read who really care for the agency's girl and others who really don't give a .... at the minute they are themselves satisfied...

So, the strange feeling I got, sometimes, than Escorts are perceived by some hobbists to be not humans having the same rights and deserving the same compassion than other civilians is really true.

That's really sad, but that's reality. Thank to all of you for the confirmation about their own views about the situation, guys. Thanks for the reality check this morning.

I heard too about those "situations" happening in few agencies.

dearest maria,

there are a bazillion "causes" in the world to be compassionate about. no human can possibly concern themselves with every single one. everybody has their own criteria regarding which "causes" they support, and it's not my place to ?'n their reasons. nobody has to justify their motivations to anyone.

it's dumbfounding to witness the colossal irony of being judged on a sex chat board. think about it... what are we all doing on merb in the first place?

If Iggy, JMB, and you or anyone has this point of view I am not trying to change your minds or necessarily imply you are wrong to have it, and I am definitely not saying anyone should take on any responsibilities beyond the agreed business arrangements. Who would I be to do suggest these. However, I and others didn't come into this hobby to treat women like inhuman commodities and totaly ignore the conditions or situations escorts endure. If anything I or anyone says here makes anything better for the escorts then that is also not arrogant or presumptuous. While there is nothing wrong with those clients who simply want to complete a business transaction, there is nothing wrong with those clients who might try to encourage better conditions for for the escorts.

Really interesting to be able to read who really care for the agency's girl and others who really don't give a .... at the minute they are themselves satisfied...

Some of the comments here do show how detached some hobbyists feel about the conditions and consequences escorts face. I n view of this it then becomes comically hypocritical how clients demand so much human senual responsiveness from the escorts they view as little more than a disposable product. If all clients were treated in kind as they treated escorts THAT would be a very fine justice.

Cheers,

Merlot

I'd be interested to understand your logic here.

Is it because we are on an escort review board that we should lose our basic sense of right and wrong? Or that we should stop pointing out the injustices that goes on in this business? And if so, in the name of what? The fine art of burying your head in the sand?

It doesn't explain what I quoted in my previous post though.

And by the way, supporting a cause and simply caring about the welfare of other human beings are two different concepts.
