What a joke this government of Quebec Legault. Someone who is obsessed with image and polls. This time around they are relying more on self-accountability and freedom (the way it should always be) however on December 2021, Legault (wannabe dictator) imposed a curfew and abusive covid mandates with two times less hospitalizations compared to today. According to the director of public health Boileau "he says that now the difference is the population is mostly fully vaccinated". Reality is we went from 89% to 91% and the data proved these vaccines do not work. What my hypothesis is that the Conservative Parti of Quebec has made huge gains now being second in league (thanks to the parti promoting freedom vs authoritarianism) and there is six months left to the elections. Legault is afraid. A lot can change in six months, Legault will play ball till he wins the election then he will take off his mask and lock us all down and impose a curfew. The Legault government does not want to remove the emergency measures, Boileau says many people will die. Another fear mongering doom and gloom message to keep their dictatorship powers. Legault has governed with decree for the past two years and he likes it. He will never change. Remember this on October 3.
Seems like the voters don't think like you according to the latest poll.
There is new party that should appeal to you : Mouvement Quebec.

I would not be so sure of that. Legault is popular due to his Nationalistic Separatist Bigoted agenda which appeals to mainly Quebecors living in rural Quebec but he lost significant support to Duhaime. PCQ is now second place and there is less then six months go, a lot can change. Legault is afraid and that is the only reason he has not imposed a lockdown otherwise he would have done it. If you know anything about my political stance, I am not for Mouvement Quebec, not for Left wing policies or wokeness. I am for Libertarianism. Parti Conservateur Quebec appeals to me and is the only sensible choice.

La CAQ avec 50% du vote dans les circonscriptions francophones---y incluant la région de Québec----nous prépare à un impressionnant raz de marée rarement vu...un balayage en règle....mieux vaut être prêt pour la ride..lol ;)

Legault's legacy for healthcare, close to one million Quebecors are still waiting for a family doctor. After two years of covid mandates and they kept on justifying lockdowns due to the hospitals, all is still the same if not worse. No expansion in finances to expand capacity of the hospitals. Quebec also has a very poor track record of being able to recruit healthcare workers. Why is that? Low wages? Too much red tape? Poor working conditions. This is what awaits for the NDP dental care plan, people will wait over a year to see a dentist. Socialism, the equal sharing of misery.

I wonder if your post woul be the same if the Liberal Party would have run the Government instead of the CAQ ?
After all, everything in the health system was perfect when they were governing for 13 of the last 15 years before 2018.

Did you bother to read my other posts? I said many times this has been a problem since 30 years and the Liberal government under Couillard made it worse with higher taxes but austerity. Legault carries on this legacy. But Legault is very arrogant and authoritarian. He is the one passing bill after bill using the Notwithstanding Clause. He was the only one that put a curfew, only Quebec still has forced masks. Nah. I would say the same thing if the Parti Liberal Quebec were in power if they were also authoritarian. I want none of these parties. I want the Parti Conservateur Quebec to take over.

I am curious. If elected, what ministry should Duhaime give to star candidate Anne Casabonne ?

Le taux de chomage a atteint un creux historique à 3.9% au Québec.

Tandis qu'aux États-Unis:

The US unemployment rate was unchanged at 3.6 percent in April of 2022, remaining the lowest since February 2020.

One thing I agree with Legault is he wants to shut down Roxham Rd but that is Federal jurisdiction and course Trudeau will not since he is the one that invited them. He sends more money foreigners then to Canadians. Hundreds of thousands of illegals will enter to gain refugee status to leech of the social benefits and we taxpayers will be on the hook for this. Majority of them are people with 5+ kids and all will get a fully paid hotel, monthly paychecks, and subsidized housing. Legault says Quebec does not have the resources to support that many of them, he is right in fact Canada does not have the resources to support them. We got a housing crisis due to Trudeau's mass immigration policy and these illegals entering will make it much worse. Roxham Rd has to be shut down permanently. All should be sent back. Trump did 100% right in that. That is why Trudeau is scamming us with the carbon tax, he needs revenue to send to foreign countries. Canada should not be a sanctuary. The government's responsibility is first to its citizens.

Perhaps the only time there was an English debate was in the 2018 election.
As far as I know the official languange in Quebec Province is French.
In the nine other provinces and the two territories, are there debates in french in election years ?
So do they show respect for their French speaking populations ?
