I am not sure when exactly it happened. I couldn't tell you if either party, client or provider, is essentially guilty of actually doing something to complicate the goal of customer satisfaction. Is this not the intended achievement of pretty much any service based industry. So I ask you, when did this hobby become about the girls and not the client? Is this not the hobby of the clients, and the pursuit to satisfy these clients?
This term, customer satisfaction, so many just throw around is ultimately a businees term measuring how products and services supplied by a company meet or surpass customer expectations. A monetary amount is promised, and delivered, where as customer satisfaction is promised, but more often then we think, is not delivered. Where did the gap in this simple equation of promised satisfaction and promised payment grow so far from each other?
Toronto has taken strides in improving this aspect of the hobby. Companies build strong loyal relationships with clients, and follow it up with the girls understanding this concept and its rewards. When is Montreal going to start improving customer service? When are the girls going to represent their agencies like the owner would if they were in the call themselves?
