HI guys long story short, once a little while ago I was with a girl in a car doing it, on a very very dark street. Some smart ass comes up from behind flicks the antenna on my car to get my attention ( and be a smart ass) and keeps standing behind my car.... I and the chick who was with me (an SP), got up ( I lifted my driver seat turned around l looked through the rear windshield for about 5 seconds). Then she got up turned head around to look through the rear windshield for five seconds.... while I quickly scrambled to move seat forward and turn ignition on and drive off quickly.

Here is the thing I noticed a faint red light near the silhouette of the person standing behind me, like a sony nightshot / nightvision camera type of thing. Although the (possible infrared ) light was not persistent, and not to bright ( you can see IR light fairly well in the dark), probably giving a bad resolution... confirmed by some testing I did with my own camera that I had in my basement. I showed this to friends who said that "they know me " and can make out its me, although not very well.


1. My concern is this, what if this guy was using some sort of night camera to record me how would that affect me in the future. I do want to work in the public sector in public health one day.... , which unfortunately is a political position more than a scientific one.


2. Right now I am studying for some professional exams, and its disturbing my concentration and that is the main thing that is pissing me the thought that this would go out on the internet and cause embarrassment. Although all you see is two people pull seat up , turn around their faces quickly drive off.

I just hope that somewhere in my future this does not bite my ass somewhere.

In case you didn't know, being with an SP or not, having sex in public, including your car, is illegal. You may want to do some research and inform yourself on the matter.

If your future career is that important to you, perhaps it's time to get your priorities in order, make better choices and take smarter decisions?
Maybe you could start by asking yourself if risking a cheap quickie in a car worth the potential damage it could cause you in the future if you get caught and/or exposed, etc.

If you gamble, you have to be ready to lose, too! Can't always win!

There are pay by the hour hotels out there that are a few buck. Use them. at least you have privacy.

Its a complicated question. Whether its illegal or not isn't really the point. Legality only matters if the person hands this footage over to the authorities, and even if its of sufficient quality and clarity there is a chance no one will decide to pursue it. So what you are really concerned about how this could impact future job appointment. The video does not show an exchange of funds so its really an issue two people enjoying themselves in a car (which is illegal, but prosecution would probably be discretionary).

Night vision mode is monochrome and weird. I would be more concerned he got your license plate clearly than actually capturing your face clearly.

I'll try to reply to multiple postings,

1. I did this as a student a while back. 2. I am not concerned about the legality because all it could show it one person putting their seat up and another putting their head up and turning around and looking. What could a judge possibly say to that, yes Mr. Ocean, it looks incriminating, but I did not see any actual ex going on. I am more concerned about the PR damage. One friend says that I did this as a student in school so I should have no real concern about it. I would not dare do anything like that now. My main concern is that if I work in the public sphere how much will it bite me in the butt

Wow, I have to agree with Gabriella Lawrence, why would you put yourself in a situation where this might affect your future ? I work as a professional and would NEVER be in a situation that might affect my future earnings or my career. What I do behind closed doors is one thing but to put myself in a situation where anyone including LE might have occasion to see me doing the nasty with a GF or an So is just stupid. Fortunately I don't have a current wife or GF that I am worried about finding out about my hobby but my career I protect, hence I keep it indoors and away from prying eyes

AS I said, I did this a while back in school as a student, when I go into a professional program I minded my business very closely.

Still, I feel that you guys are acting a bit condescending. If under old, laws if you met an SP in a hotel bar, and just stated that you want to see her for one hour, without even that insinuation would be enough under old laws,or went to a massage parlous a public place of business that would be illegal too and under new laws, purchasing (what you say is the right way may be illegal), even if done in a private manner.
TO be honest doing this as a student, should not be that big of a deal.

Basically you have the right idea, imagine, two people putting seat up, looking around and seeing someone standing 5-6 paces behind the rear bumper of the car, getting surprised reaction on their face and quickly driving off. The entire video would be lke 10-15 seconds max. I was observing the sides and front although the back behind was not super well lit.

It sound like a neighborhood watch type f thing where they do not want you in their streets doing BJs and such. In the states they put up big signs warning that there are people with cameras watching for SP activities and they put the videos up on the web.
