online you can 100% trust both jern.ca (Jouet Érotisme Rive Nord) and sexyetcie (sexy et compagnie) I personally have purchased many times. Both locally owned retailers.

For in-store, then Sexy et cie have 4 stores with actual dolls on display I think, call and check. I also know Jern used to have an in-person shop set up but you would have to contact them to see if that's still available.

I’ve used jern.ca before, and they were solid. Check out Sexy et cie, too; their physical stores can be useful for seeing the dolls in person.
