What happens if you get caught in a FS MP ??
Police raid or else...

Does anyone have any reliable knowledge on this ?

I mean do you get a FINE ? or can you get a criminal reccord ? or else ?

or can you be sentenced to give FS to male cops (worst case scenario)

The act of prostitution per se is not criminal in Canada, it is rather a set of related activities that are.
The client shall be found guilty of engaging in any manner whatsoever in order to obtain sexual services in exchange of money.

The internet is full of resources that talk about the Canadian laws.

Being in a bawdy house is a criminal offense. Legally, how do you think a criminal offense is treated?

It theory, you could be charged, have to go to court and end-up with a criminal record if found guilty. I don't think you could end-up in jail but you never know. If you get a criminal record and you're not Canadian, you can kiss goodbye your possibilities to come back to Canada. If you are Canadian and the US dig-out your Canadian record, you can kiss goodbye your right to visit the USA.

In practice, maybe you'll get nothing more than a fine, a good scare and you'll have to sign an engagement to stay away from this type of business.

One way or another, it will leave traces in your life and your name will stay in the system.

Sounds bold but that's reality. Nobody can say shit will happen every time but nobody can say it will never happen.

In fact I think I'll just quite going for FS :S
I'll stick to my soft hobbying habbits, that is to get a nice massage and consider it enough !

What do they consider a bawdy house?

I think from having read the Canadian law, I think solicitation is illegal in a public place.

And for the purposes of the law, it does not matter if they catch you in the act in the bawdy place. It is just that you are there when they do the raid and they have established already that it is a bawdy place. Everyone gets charged, no matter what you have been doing.
