Should agencies introduce new ladies with no pics?

I have a big pet peeve: I hate it when the agencies introduce new ladies with no pics. I am a firm believer that all new ladies must have some pics so we can judge if it is worth pursuing. I decided to poll members on this. Let me know your thoughts.

Hard to answer properly given the choice of responses.

I certainly won't book someone if I haven't seen a few pics before, whether they are put on a website or sent by email. However, it can take some time before a photo session can be organized. So, I can understand an agency owner wanting to put someone on the market as some hobbyists obviously don't need this. I'm sure most will realize that they restrict their potential demand while they have no available pics but if they can provide work to their SPs and get some revenues without them, it's their business.

No doubt this is one of the more important issues facing us today. Perhaps we should all write to our MPs and demand that they codify the requirement that all agencies must post pictures of their staff within 48 hours of hiring.

I beleive pics are crutial espcially for outcall services. At least at an incall place you can always make some excuse to leave and not take the season if you are not attracted to her in any way, but what do you do if the lady who arrives at the hotel room is unattractive to you. Do you still pay her and do nothing? That's a waste of money. Do you tell her the truth and send her on her way? This can be mean sperited and hurtful to the lady. Eather way you are in an impossible situation which for me makes outcall less attractive.

There are three types of girls when looking at the pics on the agentcy's website:

1- You're extreamly attracted to her and want her without question.
2- You find her average loking.
3- She does nothing for you psyically which means you're not interested in her.

I know some may say that it goes beyond looks and that we should take personalty and attitude into consideration except that we know nothing about the lady making our choices usually superfical in nature. In the end I have to agree with GG 100%.

Right on Big D. Just a couple of points. Men are very different from women in that we are very visual by nature. Looks are often the opening gambit in meeting someone. Personally if there were some way to do it without compromising discretion I would love to see the face of the lady. It is amazing the stories that are told in a person's face. And for many of us we have very definite ideas about what we like. In all fairness though, I believe agency owners believe it is more important to get a girl out and working instead of cooling her heels waiting for a photographer(not somebody with an Instamatic) to become available.

That said, the visual does not always tell the whole story. Sp's like us are the sum of their life experiences and the type of encounter they provide, for me is as important if not more important than looks. There are very attractive sp's out there a lot of us give a wide berth to. If it's not head games it's out and out rudeness. And there are some very sweet affectionate ladies who one might not rate as HDH but with whom you feel you are making love (even if it is part of a fantasy). But the reviews by weeding out the bad ones, take care of that aspect very nicely.

So, pictures on the website to prime the pump and reviews to narrow one's choices. Works for me.
