SP Payment Denominations. What do you prefer?

I am interested in knowing in what denominations SPs prefer to be paid with. Would like responses from SPs as well as clients.

For example, $300 for an hour. Would a SP prefer 3 x $100, 6 x$50, or 15 x $20.

Perhaps, a mixture of all 3?

I don't prefer paying cash. I think they would like smaller bills. More convenient to use for shopping for groceries.

I have an arbitrary system wherein big bills (50s & 100s) are for large expenses and shit-its-been-slow weeks. 20s and below are fun-mon(ey) and normal everyday expenses.
It's really great to watch the looks on peoples faces when I pay for things like car repairs, and count it all out in cash as they cancel the transaction on the payment terminal. The discomfort is palpable.

So, I vote large bills please.

I usually pay around half in 50s and the rest in 20s. I have no idea why. Maybe I'd prefer getting payed that way.

ATMs used to be only 20s so i would use that but since they now offering 50, i get some as well. If im going on a trip in Montreal and will spend around 600-650 on escorts (either because its one costly meeting or its 2 meetings with agencies) it can make for a bulky stash in my pants. Out of protection i don't carry it in my wallet because the last thing i want in Montreal is to open my wallet and peoples seeing i have tons of cash. I may be a big boy but don't temp bad luck. I have a special place where i put envelopes (thats why they are usually rippled a bit, and yes its a pocket, don't get a weird idea lol, but its zippy). So now i usually bring at least 200 in 50s minimum, sometimes 300.

Big bills, with 2 or 3 hundred in 20s because they are practical and I always keep a few on me.

I like big bills but I prefer when there are 50$ bills in the mix.. Really often when I pay with 100$ bills they get verified or people look at me strangely, which can lead to discomfort

I would imagine that it's also easier for SPs to quickly verify the payment in the envelope if it's larger bills. No need to count out the $20s in front of the client.

I really like @MichelleMontreal's system! I'm that way when I win anything at poker: the big bills get saved, the smaller ones are for fun.

I prefer biger bills. It is easier to keep track of, and count. And like mentioned before smaller bills are used as dispensable cash. For bread and milk... ect. Change gets set aside for my kids and panhandlers.
Larger bills are easier to save and not spend until the bills or rent is due. But in the end cash is cash. As long as it's all there.

Disclaimer: If I were handed change though. I would start the timer before counting, and making me count that out becomes time taken away from the visit. It is just rude. (And likely count it twice just to hit home and cost them in time what it cost in disrespect.)
But I have seen it where someone paid mostly bills but needed to include what change they could muster (5-40$) to have enough for the visit. I accepted it without any issue, because it goes to a good place in the end, for others not just myself.

Anything $20 and above is fine. My rates have been chosen in a way to make it easy to pay with $20s, $50s and $100s

I don’t mind receiving let’s say 2 to 4 $10s but anything above that makes it longer to count…

I assume we all want to skip to the fun part so making the counting part shorter is preferable

With all the cash they get, it will be much easier for them to count $50's and $100's. I always use these 2 denominations.

I like 50$ bills a lot for dates of 1-2hr. Seems to be the most versatile for me. Quick to count. not weird to pay groceries or my nail lady with.
anything above 2hr, please give me 100$ bills.

This one time I got paid mostly in 5-10$ bills. This person likely worked in the service industry and was saving up to see me. I found it cute (For that one time it happened)

Usually I pay with a mix of $50 and $20 bills up to $300 meeting. Above that, I pay with a mix including $100. Recently I paid a $700 meeting with 5 x $100 and 4 x $50.

Five-dollar bills are what I keep handy daily for the guy on the street with his hand out, and let me tell you, there are many.
