In french the best place is download paraidse the forum, but its not streaming, you have to download your file(wich i prefer a lot personally, i hate streaming)

Though, if you want to remain leagal, try http://netflix.com. Though, if you are not so content with the content provided to us by Netflix and you would like to access content providee to the Americans, then you might want to try http://www.unblock-us.com

I've been partial to www.playvid.com They seem to update pretty regularly, and i haven't noticed much lag when streaming.
