Is the baton being passed by the Big 3 finally? It's a new generation of young guns, and Felix is one of the young guns.
I guess the baton is between generations right now. Federer is gone, Nadal is on a down slope because his body can't take it anymore and IMHO the joker is the only one holding to it, but for how long...?

I was expecting this to happen a few years back, when Nadal and Federer slowed down a bit. Back then, Federer declared to media, that the next Federer vs. Nadal showdown would only be seen on senior tournaments. That wasn't the case yet.
The next generation is definitely in place. Tsitsipas, Zverev, Medvedev, Alcaraz (the newcomer), not to forget our own Felix and Shapovalov not so far in the ranking (~14th).

Djoker wins 6th ATP title tying Federer for most ever. Not a big fan of his, but it's a very impressive accomplishment as its the top 8 in the world all playing against each other:
Djoker now heads to Australia, which he has won 9 times, looking to tie the fading Nadal with 22 career major wins.

Djoker will still have work cut out at Australian Open- lots of good young guys coming up, and any of them can beat him if he isn't healthy or having an off day.

Was looking at the Davis Cup history and the countries with the most titles is the USA with 32 followed by Australia with 28. However the USA has not won since 2007 (when Andy Roddick and James Blake were the top 2 players) and Australia has not won since 2003. American tennis has not attracted as many top athletes as in the past although that may be changing in the next 5-10 years.
