Really wanted Jasmine to win, but Barbora served incredibly in the third set. Nothing Jasmine could do against that.

I don't think it's Alcaraz's best surface, but he has won here before. Should be interesting. It's a rematch of the 2023 Final which went 5 sets, and we can probably expect it to go 5 again. I favor Alcaraz mainly because of his youth and likelihood the match will go the distance.

WASHINGTON OPEN.......under the radar cause of the Olympics.....quiet tounament....sweet/lovely BADOSA won.....same for KORDA....good for them....they had their moment.

MONTRÉAL--TORONTO/MASTERS 1000 start tomorrow ......SINNER and with the withdraw/SWIATEK SABALENKA will be the fav...BUT will go with RYBA.....

You didn't mention that Korda joined his father Petr as winners of this tournament- first father/son winners of an ATP tour event in ATP tour history. Petr won this tourney in 1992.
