Gents --

From time to time, posters on the board have described an MP or SP as having a "Quebecois look," or words to that effect. Though I think that I could probably recognize that appearance when I saw it, would anyone here be able to give an example of a well-known person (or an MP/SP) who fit that category? (I'm not a native of Quebec.) What exactly does that classic 'look' look like?

50 years ago, when Japanese goods were considered inferior quality, La Quebecoise look brought to mind a not so pretty girl with false teeth.
How things have changed.
Today Japanese goods rank among the best in the world and looking Quebecoise is a compliment to style and sexy beauty.

Usually if they are a natural brunet their hair will be dyed blond and if they are a natural blonde their hair will be dyed black. They gotta have that bronzage tan and fake nails. They wear tight stylish clothing that show off their bodies regardless of whether they have tight bodies or not. They walk around with confidence and are open minded and ready to party anytime.

I love quebecoise girls!

My understanding of the "Quebecois look" is a black haired blue or green eyed natural beauty. The term "black irish" comes to mind. Meaning the black hair. Most irish girls that I've met are more light brown or blond hair beauties. Every now and again you come across a hotttie with black hair and blue eyes and it is just an amazing combination. A movie star that comes to mind would be Megan Fox.

In physiacal terms there is no Quebecoise look.
Most Quebecois women have at least 2 of the following ancestry. French , Irish, Native American, German, Scottish and more recently Italian.
Quebecoise is more about style (fashionable and sexy) and attitude.
Most Quebecois women do happen to be beyond the average in looks, and relatively petite in stature.

I like the girls with the Jet black hair and very light skin. I do not see this anywhere else that I travel to. They look great in lycra.

One of the things I love most about Montreal and the province as a whole is that it isn't hard to find beautiful women who still have an ethnic look, even if they're not entirely French-Canadian (French/distant Native and French/Anglo admixtures seem the most common). When I think of the Quebecois look, I imagine dark-brown or black hair with a certain facial look that's hard to describe. Usually I zero in on the nose and chin to determine whether someone has "the look" because those seem to be the most regionally pronounced features (IMHO). I know "the look" when I see it. As with any ethnic group, though, a lot of people don't fit the stereotypical look, but enough do. Comparatively and generally speaking, Quebecois women are very feminine in appearance and prettier than most. I would agree that attitude and style are also part of "the look", as is language. It's funny how another tongue (or accent) can make someone prettier and more alluring.

I hope this doesn't come off as racist, but could the initial cross-breeding between the early French settlers and Native Americans, which I've read occurred far more broadly than many Quebecoise often care to acknowledge, even possibly on a universal basis, resulted in a case of "hybrid vigor" were the cross-breading, mixing of races, results in superior offspring... or at least in distinctive features, very, very, very pretty faces? ;-) I've heard this theory before but wouldn't the offspring tend to have darker skin, or maybe dark skin is a recessive trait so it doesn't show up, retaining a white color. (Though there are many too who have darker skin...) Narrow faces? High cheekbones. Purely racist ideas? I don't know, it's just a theory I recall from somewhere. (This might explain the "wild," party side too... And one more characteristic is the 'personal strength' stereotype of Quebec women, very strong women characterwise, or in the sense of servivability in adversity... Another Native trait? )

Is it me or are women with French Canadian ancestry more prone to be bisexual than the general population.
Look at Anna Paquin, Ellen D. Madonna etc, and over half the sp`s I`ve met.

Please note that the "French-Canadian girl" look and extrovertness only applies to women in Quebec. You'll be sorely mistaken if you expect the same attitude and lifestyle in Acadian women in next door New Brunswick.

Northern New Brunswick is a relatively desolate place and the rest of the province is conservative. No massage parlours here!

Alot of SP's have that sexy typical Quebecois' look, but one that comes to mind is Chloe, of Chloe's Playground. Confident, great pride in her look, black hair, nails, not more makeup than should be, classy, sexy, keeps in amazing shape, just the total package. thats just my opinon but im sure others would agree

Have to just add one comment on this thread.
This is purely my opinion but Montreal has to have the highest % of sexy woman.
It is not a particular hair color or body type but like Igna69 referred to it is generally the whole package that gives that Quebecois look.

Well, I would say that the Quebecois look includes the following:
Dark hair, long (possibly extensions) with a nice shine
Good fashion sense.
A certain self-confidence/attitude.
Petite.
Good, white teeth.

I think the hair is a big thing.

A quintessential Quebecoise look to me is one that is similar to Celine Dion; pronounced nose, sharp chin, extraordinarilly fashionable, trim physique, pleasant and talkative attitude, and screams like a prima donna when orgasming. Keep in mind that when Quebec first started a few hundred years ago that there were only a couple of hundred people and that over time there is bound to be similar looking people.

Quintessential Quebecois?

Dark hair, young looking for age (until about 35), *killer ass* in way too tight belted Levis with pumps or half height fuck me boots, a party for anything attitude that loves sex starting at a way too young age.

I've traveled through the Province extensively in bands many many years ago, and I can honestly say that the entire province has a very high ratio of girls that fit that description, from here to the Gaspé.
