JB I am not getting this. Are you saying that we like stockings and heels because society says we should like them? I like them because girls in black stockings and heels and a form fitting mini make my dick hard.
when i first started looking at escort sites with photos years ago, i was always more attracted to the escorts who were shown in stockings. i guess agencies and indies figured that out because if you look at sitees now it seems most of the ladies are decked out in sexy stockings (check out the Devilish site, for example...almost all of them). Unless you make a special request for them, how many will show up that way? Zero.
I just cant understand why the ladies can't just throw a couple pairs and a garter belt in that big gig bag...after all, what the heck do they have in there? my guess is that ten times as many men are interested in stockings than are interested in dildoes, or whatever the hell they have in there.
As I said, I gave up years ago and bring them myself as a gift. Which is problematic in my case, because i have to carry them across the border and am always afraid of having Customs find them. I am sure they would just laugh, but still embarrassing! (at least the men would laugh...the women would probaby detain me as punishment!)

I'm surprised by what I read in this thread because in strip clubs, lingerie stockings corsets etc... keep getting more and more popular. A lot of strippers wear that kind of stuff.
It's definately the type of outfit that is the most popular and appreciated from the clients point of view, well above colourful bikinis, sexy dresses, school girl outfit etc.

No, I mean there is little, if any, effort to find out what men really like.
Just generalizations about stripper outfits and bikinis.
Somehow, the stockings and heels got left out of this.
It seems we've gotten to the point, where the women feel like their mere presence is enough to turn us on.
And when they actually want to do anything more than that, they hesitantly put on some stripper outfit, and serve it to us, canned, assuming we like it, without having the foggiest clue what we really want.

Depends in part on your skin tone. Navy is always a great color, or off-black. Fair-skinned women look great in blue or red. I have seen a black SP a couple times for whom I have brought yellow stockings, and the sight of her in them is enough to raise the dead...
Fully fashioned ones are expensive, but look terrific. Back seams are really sexy. Personally, I prefer garter stockings to the kind that stay up by themselves.
So glad Nylonlover started this thread, and nice to find that other guys get off on this as much as I do. The only thing sexier than looking at a woman in stockings is to feel nyloned legs wrapped around your waist. And a side benefit to SPs who are tired: I daresay a lot of men finish faster when you dress up like that...

You know for me it is black or white fish net thigh highs with a lacy top. I hate all the colors. I have often went out looking for stockings for my "date" later on that evening and they seem to have every color under the sun except black. They always say we had a bunch of them but they sold out. I always say does that tell you something. Basic Black is sexy. Next would be white. She comes in with nude, lime green or red some other God damn designer color and she may as well not be wearing stockings. My 0$0.02.

Yes, I fully acknowledge that part of the problem is my ability to communicate clearly what turns me on. I respect that it is a tough job trying to cater to a variety of clients .... all who what something different. I was simply trying to state that I previously made the mistake of just assuming that the advertisements were an indication of how they would dress for a rendezvous, so I factored the attire worn in pictures in my selection process. In the future, I'm just gonna ask them to wear whatever JMan bought for ya. (smiley deleted)
