That sudden pain appeared when I planned to go to a concert that night ... I held my lower back during the whole concert and was sweating of pain ...
You should take one or two Robaxacet when it happens. And it might mean that you need to move your body more often, babe :- )

Oh yes. And I don't remember if here the Salonpas brand is sold here. In Asia their stickers/bandages and solutions are widespread
Yes you can find capsaïcine sticker bandages, I cant remember exactly where but china town is certainly a good place to look. To me they dont do anything, neither tiger balm, besides the heat sensation I don’t feel any pain relief.
Robaxacets extra strong are effective, but for some sensitive persons they can induce dizziness, or other inconfortable side effects. I use them as a last resort solution and it is not recommanded to drive when using it.
