I think it's usually better to separate personal accounts from personal ones on social media but not all people do that.
I have both but am still often sharing my real opinions on my business social media. We've all heard the saying "voting with your money", I think it's actually a good thing when a business (not limited to me as an escort) shares their views as is allows like-minded people to find and support those businesses.
A somewhat funny, somewhat related example since Trump has been mentioned a few times : a few months ago I found a company that sells sunstainable self care and cleaning products. I came for the sustainability and stayed because of the owner being so vocal about her values, the way she conducts the business and treats employees, etc and one of the ways this manifested was the fact I got to use use a "fucktrump" discount code on my first order lol. A big portion of their customer base is American (it's a Canadian company) and that hasn't been affected at all by the existence of this code - since they found their audience by being openly and unapologetically themselves. They didn't lose American customers, they gained more Canadian ones; and everyome got a discount : win win.
I guess what I mean to say is politics aren't always incompatible with business. It probably depends on how you want to conduct business, who you're trying to attract, who your customer base already is, what field you're in etc
