Quick update on semaglutide third injection this week still at lowest dosage 0.25mg, sides stomach pain that comes and goes but nothing major, appetite that comes and goes but nothing major i am less hungry. Combining this with fasting 12-16h a day.

I guess i must have lost 10 pounds or so in the last month mostly water, last i tried my 40 inches jeans i had issue fitting in, but i have a very long way to go, weight is 268 pounds at 6 feet.

Guys do your cardio , took out the rowing machine this week did 10-12 minutes intense, then hit the weight for 30 minutes, night time i do my cardio boxing, i had zero energy workouts were crap, since adding cardio i am a new man its like WOW.

Guess patience wins the race no more cheating and following plan, its insane how little we need to eat to sustain the body.

Your on a roll. You will have co-workers eating their words in no time.
I live in the real world not an illusion i got my work cut out for me, and its going to take time, i saw myself in the mirror shirtless boxing and that gut is ugly. But my motivation is through the roof, and fuck those co workers, they are all ugly below average morons with no self esteem always ready to project there failure on to others. Of course i will enjoy flashing my new look in front of there jealous face, they will never accomplish nothing because they are all so negative.

Throwing out numbers here but my guess is that if i don't cheat with semaglutide in 6 months things should be pretty amazing

My son worked in northern Quebec in a camp, in 2 years he gained 60 lbs due to a buffet every day with 3 meals and desserts available 24/7. He quit about 14 month ago and has lost the 60 lbs he gained by sensible eating with no exercise. One needs to watch the food they eat.

But once the weight is off and you go off semaglutide will you gain 100 pounds back in 2 months? This happens in many cases.
Semaglutide needs to be your last resort, you need to combine it with fasting, did you ever do fasting, on its own you will normalize your appetite hormones.

I try semaglutide because my sport doctor as access to it, i am aware of the regaining, but you can't just take semaglutide and not change your eating habits. Its clear that you will regain the weight in any plan keto, vegan, carnivore, paleo, fasting, if you start your old habits again, eat junk and eat too much.

Me and my sport doctor worked out a plan, it sucks i understand but there is no turning back semaglutide or not, its all about eating, understanding your aging body, how to speed your metabolism, like i said in my other reply.

In 2013 when my ex left me I lost 40 pounds with fasting, and sensible eating, i gained it back because i started eating like i used to in the past. This applies to any plan.

2 men at my job lost tremendous amount of weight, one 100 pounds he is a different man, he is 61, he walks 1h a day, avoid the machine at work, does not order and cooks his own meal , the other one is 58 lost 38 pounds to be exact (thought it was 35 but he confirmed) same, no more eating junk sugar etc because the weight will come back.

I am just tired of looking like a landwhale fat seal semaglutide or not i have to lose the weight. I am 14 pounds down since last month and pre semaglutide because i had already started changing my eating habits, but with semaglutide its easier.

My eating habits are bad, certain foods I can't stop with eating a little, I have to eat a lot. Prime examples would be pizza, ice cream, and pistachios.

Also as I have already noted, I have the same sense of curiousity with food that I do with women. If I see something interesting on a menu, and haven't tried it, I order it. Yesterday I went to an Indian restaurant and saw Chicken Malabar on the menu. I never tried it before so I ordered it. It was pretty good! I have the leftovers for dinner tonight. After that I went to an ice cream parlor next door and was looking in the case. I couldn't decide between Cookies and Cream Flavor or Mint Chocolate Chip. And usually between these two I would choose Mint Chocolate Chip, but looking at the Cookies and Cream, I saw big chunks of Oreo cookies swirling through the Sweet Cream Ice Cream. So I decided to get both and honestly it's still a toss up as to which one I liked more.

And they say curiousity killed the cat, but it's killing me and making me fat!!!!!! I am going to die of a heart attack. I realize we all have to die of something eventually, but should we go out enjoying ourselves or denying ourselves?

So you are telling us you sometimes go see an exotic SP, and then book a MFF because you did not know what you wanted for dessert?
Quite frankly, if that is the case, you are on a good way to burn off the calories again.

To each is own but your motive are the motive of everyone i talk too, even the younger people at my job who have this same mentality enjoy, eat.

There is nothing wrong with this, and you are aware of the potential dangers of obesity. But for me when i look at myself in the mirror i am ashamed, its so easy to make excuses, because everyone as them, at your age, past your prime, enjoy life.

I have a women at my job that just got diagnosed with breast cancer, she is 58, a smoker, recently gained a lot of weight, and keeps telling me to enjoy life. She as terrible arthritis, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and the other night when we were on break she told me i think i am dying.

I simply told her now you see why I never gave into your eat whatever you want junk, I told you many times to lose the weight she keeps going on and on about weight watchers and how she lost 35 pounds like 20 years ago.

In other word she made her choices in life and now is wondering why all of this is happening to her. That is the thing at my job i gained weight and people who are like her or obese put it in my face with a smile and are proud, hey where's your superhero body, you used to be well build but now its taken a turn for the worse.

So i chose to do what i have to do to lose the weight, at 5am getting on my rowing machine, hitting the weights (my off days) i do boxing at night 30 minutes cardio and have another hiit 20 minutes boxing. For me there is no turning back and all those people putting me down do not realize that its more motivation for me.

Honestly in your case i would avoid using semaglutide again, because this is more like a band aid, then a permanent solution, I will admit that on semaglutide your appetite is near zero and when you eat its all good food, but you can still eat junk and lose weight if you eat below your calories. This has been proven that weight loss in calorie in calorie out

Of course not sustainable but he proved is point

No, I am telling you that if I saw an Indian spinner on the menu at Euphoria I would probably be inclined to visit and try because I only met 1 for massage once and might be fun to try FS. That kind of thinking.

Generally, I like darker skinned women as a rule, but I also only eat white meat turkey or chicken as a rule, because I do not like the taste of the dark meat on these birds. I have no explanation for that dichotomy.

Aren't you the guy that injects botox and such into your body?
Yes, I receive Botox and fillers because prioritizing self-care and feeling happy is priceless to me. When I mentioned expertise in nutrition and fitness, I was being sarcastic. I was alluding to the fact that every individuals on Merb consider themselves experts in every field.

I got botox for my neck and chest due to pain made worse by a chiropractor, I had headaches for a month it killed my pectoral muscle for 6 months could not even do a push up.

For your comment on expert, well no one is an expert even if i been lifting weight for 39 years now i am still learning, an expert at knowing my body yes but I won't go giving out advice to anyone calling myself a certified professional.
