According to the complaints, Trump used his power to significantly influence the actions and statements of these agencies, even causing the agencies to lie and misrepresent their own findings

The only credit that I can give him is the same that I give to all the chiefs of the countries which have to pay to reserve millions of doses.

Otherwise I don't give him any credit, all the credit goes to the scientists, to the researchers who are working hard to find the vaccine.

Trump in science knows less than a child.

Besides, he wanted to go over the CDC and the FDA and get vaccines accepted that weren't ready yet.

So all it deserves is a negative rating, below zero.

And what a damning indictment of the press this has been.
The press could have done this at any time - just ask real follow up questions and don't let him skate by on his lies. They chose not to.

From what we've seen, the scientists have had to work pretty hard to push back against his attempts to politicize the research and demand an announcement before the election so he can use it in his campaign. For the moment, throwing enough money open to make "operation Warp Speed" work is a positive, so he will get some credit. (Yes, I half expect to find out that he has been directing funds primarily to people who bought access or other types of blatant corruption in the system, but as far as I know nothing like that has been announced.)

Looks like they classified this guy as a contractor so he can keep the stock he owns in at least one (looks like more) company making a vaccine. And there are other advisors with suspicious conflict of interest issues as well.
Maybe its nothing, but if it comes out people were skimming the cash and fucking with the science to get their stock payouts, it would be par for the course for this administration.
