Actually USAID, for example, provides war relief in Ukraine and in Africa it promotes peace building and democracy and provides vaccinations, treatment for HIV and malaria, supplying food, shelter, and food. In other words humanitarian aid to suffering people around the world.

Why does Congress fund USAID annually - and has done so for over 60 years - if it's as corrupt as you have insinuated?
I m not insinuating , i m not a snake lol ! Initially it was created with good intentions , to help. It s still helping but not much, and some people in government diverted the agency from it s original goal to their own profits, intentions.
Just so you know from now on the agency activity is on pause until further notice.
