Elon Musk has struck a $44-billion deal to buy the world’s most powerful political bullhorn.
So will Musk let former President Donald Trump back on Twitter?

Musk has not said if he would reinstate Trump.
Twitter permanently banned Trump after the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, citing “the risk of further incitement of violence.”

If it was you or me, this would be a scary thing. But rich people and people in power have a different, much more lenient set of laws to follow if they feel like it.
Being lawful is optional for them. There will be no consequences for Trump.

$10K per day is not enough of a court fine.
off course $10k per day is not enough but there will be more legal fees for donald. i’m sure they will be expensive specially the one in fulton country Georgia. I’d like to see how donald dodges that one.

Donald Trump lived in fear of being hit by, um, 'dangerous' fruit
April 28, 2022

Rachel Maddow read this transcript last night and it was hilarious how she made fun of the dangerous fruit.

Former President Donald Trump said he was worried about being hit with tomatoes and other "very dangerous" fruit at campaign rallies.

Yes, you read that right.

In a recently released transcript of a deposition as part of a lawsuit filed by a group of protesters who alleged they were assaulted by Trump's security guards at a 2015 campaign rally, the subject of fruit -- and fruit being flung, in particular -- came up. Here's the full -- and fully epic -- back-and-forth between Trump and Benjamin Dictor, an attorney representing the protestors.

Dictor: Okay. And you said that, 'If you see someone getting ready to throw a tomato, just knock the crap out of them would you.' That was your statement?

Trump: Oh, yeah. It was very dangerous.

Dictor: What was very dangerous?

Trump: We were threatened.

Dictor: With what?

Trump: They were going to throw fruit. We were threatened. We had a threat.

Dictor: How did you become aware that there was a threat that people were going to throw fruit?

Trump: We were told. I thought Secret Service was involved in that, actually. And you get hit with fruit, it's -- no -- it's very violent stuff. We were on alert for that.

Trump attorney Jeffrey Goldman: A tomato is a fruit after all, I guess. ... It has seeds.

Trump: It's worse than a tomato, it's other things also. But tomato, when they start doing that stuff, it's very dangerous. There was an alert out that day.

Dictor: Who were you speaking to when you said ...

Trump: The audience.

Dictor: So you were speaking to the audience when you said if they saw someone getting ready to throw a tomato, just knock the crap out of them, would you?

Trump: That was to the audience. It was said sort of in jest. Buy maybe, you know, a little truth to it. It's very dangerous stuff. You can get killed with those things. ... I wanted to have people be ready because we were put on alert that they were going to do fruit. And some fruit is a lot worse than -- tomatoes are bad by the way. But it's very dangerous ... they were going to hit -- they were going to hit very hard.

Then she read just released deposition from the tax fraud felony case against the Trump organization that provided millions of condos and other perks to forget his name. that was not reported as income to them. In the deposition, Trump’s attorney keeps asking Trump if anyone else had anything to do in setting how compensation is paid to Trump organization employees. Trump kept saying no I am the only one I am the boss.

As Rachel paraphrased “Tax fraud, oh yah, it’s all on me, I am the boss “ The Trump attorney was trying to give the hint that maybe others besides Trump might be responsible for the tax fraud, but Trump just further incriminates himself

Donald Trump is now obviously scared of how his own supporters will react to him praising the COVID vaccines, which he claims to have created.

The biggest irony is that his supporters have no clue how Trump absolutely despises them.

Former Trump attorney John Eastman will be providing more than 10,000 pages of email correspondence to the January 6 Committee, according to a recent legal filing.

I hope I'm wrong but I predict that many of the witnesses will simply lie under oath, because nothing ever happens to these people when they commit perjury and they know the base will believe and defend them. It'll be seen as just another chance to push the lie and galvanise their supporters.

A monstrous and deranged Donald Trump declares himself a Christian savior during an outrageous interview with religious broadcaster CBN.

Wow..is Trumpy the true Antichrist? Even if you’re religious or not, how could anyone believe this spew?

If I was a hardcore Christian I’d be embarrassed to no end. It’s mind boggling how many people fall for this bumbling fool. ‘Do not worship false idols’.

A religious scholar did actually compare Trump to the Anti Christ and came up with some interesting observations:

In his new book, former Defense Secretary Mark Esper claims then-President Donald Trump floated the idea of launching missiles into Mexico to “destroy the drug labs” and wipe out cartels, according to The New York Times.

“To be clear, Trump wanted to bomb Mexico, our ally and southern neighbor in what would certainly be an act of war.
And he wanted to do it clandestinely
, possibly in such a way that blamed another actor other than the United States,” says Ayman Mohyeldin on revelations in Esper’s new book.

Former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper claims in his upcoming book that former President Donald Trump suggested shooting protesters in the legs and firing missiles into Mexico to destroy drug labs.

Esper's book, A Sacred Oath: Memoirs of a Defense Secretary in Extraordinary Times, will be published next week and some details have already been released by media outlets that obtained advance copies.

In his book, Esper says that during the protests over the death of George Floyd in the summer of 2020, then-President Trump asked whether the protesters around the White House could be shot.

"Can't you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the legs or something?" Trump allegedly said in the first week of June 2020.

Another proof that trump was completely crazy.

A judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit by former President Donald Trump seeking to lift his ban from Twitter.

The social media giant had banned Trump on Jan. 8, 2021, citing the risk of the incitement of further violence on the heels of the Capitol riot by a mob of supporters of the then-president two days earlier.

Before the ban, Trump was an avid Twitter user, tweeting an average of more than 30 posts per day toward the end of his presidency. At the time of the ban, Trump had nearly 90 million followers on Twitter.

Elon Musk says if his bid to buy Twitter is successful he will reverse Donald Trump's ban from the platform

The richest man in the world agreed a $44bn (£34.5bn) takeover bid with the Twitter board last month.

But he said it was not a done deal and that ideally it would be completed in the next two to three months.

Twitter's decision to ban the former US president was "morally wrong and flat-out stupid", Mr Musk told the Financial Times Future of the Car summit.
