Interesting to note that personality is quoted more than twice as much as the beauty or things on the menu.
A anecdote
I had a gorgeous young 18 years old blond with a incredible physique .She was really a easy first time book,but overtime /additional hours and repeats where not there .
She could of made playboy centerfold for her beauty and truck driver for her magnificent personality and conversation wise ,if you catch my drift .:lol:

Definitly chemistry .
However the client must realistic.
Had a client that called me he insisted in having a 18 years old SP.
Which I did not recommend the guy sounded in is seventies .
Chemistry is hard to achieve in that scenario.
60 years age span might be to much

I know it's hard to achieve that, when you are requesting a specific age or type, that's why I don't look at specific age or type (I won't go that young though). I try and see if i can get an idea if I will click with these wonderful ladies through her website, ads, reviews and especially posts. Reading their posts is something that is sometimes the major factor in booking them.
Obviously I have chemistry with some more than others, but selecting this way has been spot on for 95% of the time, at least it felt like that for me. That's also why I enjoy repeating because the chemistry builds even more when we get familiar with each other.
Now I'm getting all hot & bothered while writing about this. I better stop before I reach the point of no return :lol:

I do however avoid booking 18 years old SP because I prefer chemistry to the rest
But that is the choice for everyone to make.

I did not vote for any of the options because I feel all are essential to a good session.
For me the truly memorable SPs and encounters were the ones where the SP thoroughly seduced me, were very spontaneous and chemistry. Its hard to describe or quantify seduction or chemistry, but one example of spontaneity was when we were dressed and on our way out to dinner, when we shared a kiss, and before I knew it my pants were down, she was on her knees giving me a BBBJCIMSW and then joked about how she got her appetizer early. Too often do my encounters seem scripted: Wine & conversation -> Kiss -> She dissappears into bathroom -> She emerges in Lingerie -> Resume action to completion. Even the higher end providers adhere to this formula, and so when something is different or unscripted it can be so amazing.
