It has happened to me a few times (as the receiver), usually it’s because the man wasn’t as hard as he thought he was.
Lube can help and in some cases it’s possible to get it in even if it’s not hard enough. Then eventually the man gets harder as he is inside because I guess that gets him going a little more.
Would you by any chance be stressed? Does it usually happens when you’re meeting someone for the first time? Are you maybe “condom shy”? Some men lose their erection when you put a condom on. If that’s your case, you’ll have to work on your condom timidity.

I agree with science, but I can't help thinking sometimes situations can feel backwards. Everyone's body reacts differently, under different situations. I think my comparison comes in between an at rest and at use situation. Flexed mucils vs relaxed ones arousal aside as that seems to affect the flexibility inside once aroused. And I guess position plays a role too.
Text books aside, as sometimes we can be told something about ourselves, and find the general rules don't seem to always apply, curiously enough. For all I know, it is just self evaluation comparing being aroused or not, and with what it feels like with thinner rather than girthier members.
Or like a guy, it makes a difference with arousal as blood flow is redirected to genitals male or female parts once aroused. With the added blood flow, some plumping up happens with added blood flow, likely what I am noticing.

As ED is not an issue reserved for only the aged. I know 20yro's who need it because of depression meds, or past medical treatments, (like cancer tratments) that left their member not fully functional without the added help of a medication or a ring.
At any age, it is a discussion to be had with your Dr. to get to the route cause of the issue.

I'd test the situation with a finger... see if perhaps kitty has a bouncer at the door.
Root cause is likely psychological and not physical in young men. Consulting a sexologist may be a good first step.
Yeah and once the tip is in, thrust a few times and it should get harder, bigger, and ready to explore the temple.
If not hard enough, we can’t put a condom on properly and I would never let someone try to penetrate me that way.
