Dementia is certainly part of it. His dad had it. But often times, the simplest explanation is the best: he lies and lies. While he's gotten worse, he has always been a prolific liar. Well before that, Trump had given several contradictory statements on the purposes of the strike. But now that both Trump AND Netanyahu are acknowledging that regime change won't happen from bombing or internal revolt from within Iran, what excuse with the cheerleaders for war on here come up with next?
