I would strongly agree that heels help create a sense of elegance. A nice pair of pleasers strongly accentuates feminine features (the butt perks up and the arc of the back pushes out the breasts). In bed it's also super sexy but heels can get in the way of the action and be a distraction.
Arched soles (when there's a curve on the front of the sole) can be hard to walk in if they're not well balanced (ie: avoid chinese knock-offs of famous brands), girls often stumble on them if they're not used to their center of gravity changing. Personally I don't strongly prefer heels over platforms. It's the arch and the perspective shift that matters.
On the right small spinner girl, the right heels will just magically turn all her body into a miniature model - and I find there's just honestly nothing sexier.
Pet peeve about heels:
- I get pretty turned off by pointy shoes. My brain just thinks I'll get kicked in the balls, and I just get a negative "attitude/dominant" connotation from them.
- If a girl is already really tall and wearing high heels, tip-toeing doesn't exactly make me feel very manly.
