Visiting for a weekend

Hello, visiting for a weekend pretty soon and couldn't find any recent reports or maybe I am not looking in the correct place but I have few different questions/requests.
1. Indian or Canadian Indian/punjabi birds, agency or trusted/well reviewed.
2. I was also interested in the VIP Nuru place that's seems very exciting but curious if that's fs or not. can pm me if not public info.
3. any of these agencies, which/who provides bbfs/cip. I'm fairly spoiled here in USA. Just curious if that's normally provided with few extra $.
