Say you start foreplay with an SP and after 10 minutes you start going downtown and notice a smell. Some people are more sensitive to smell than others of course & may not be able to stand the situation or even get hard.....what would you do? What's the right thing to do?

If it's pussy odor then it depends how hot you find her to be ?If you are really into her shower together and carry on regardless, if not leave and tell her why .

Regarding vaginal odor, the right thing to do would be to refrain from offending her, obviously, but it happened to some of us and I guess that we all have different ways to cope with this. In my case, when that happened, I just gently continued with anything else except the dinner at the Y, of course. I am glad that, up to now, when that happened, the lady never asked me why I did not go ahead with the daty as I would not know what to respond (would still find a "diplomatic" way of responding, though haha as I do not see the point of hurting people). The problem is that the lady may not even realize it at all (as discussed elsewhere on this forum), therefore I hope no one gets angry about this. Something is sure, I would still book her again if she is to my liking as that does not mean she will have the same issue the next time I'll see her. If the lady is hot and she offers a good service, I can somehow live with that (will just avoid daty + just hope she realizes it and gets the issue fixed for her own good). That said, It will be interesting to hear from our fellow merbites on this topic (there are certainly some non-offending creative ways to approach the concerned SW about this). Poor hygiene is something else, and that I do not accept (I will not confront the lady as I am not there to berate/fight/argue, I will just leave and never see her again). PS: This thread is a complement to your topic.

Unusual odors emanating from the vagina could be indicative of vaginitis, a condition characterized by infection and inflammation triggered by an alteration in the bacterial balance in the vagina. The predominant varieties of vaginitis which result in foul vaginal odors also generate additional symptoms, such as irregular vaginal discharge. The primary culprits of unwelcome vaginal odor are bacterial vaginosis (BV), an infection triggered by an imbalance in the vaginal flora. BV is the main culprit behind the unpleasant vaginal smell commonly associated with a fish-like scent. The scent of fish may be particularly pungent following sexual activity. Another typical sign to be aware of when it comes to BV is the presence of discharge that is tinted gray or grayish-white.Trichomoniasis is an infection that is transmitted through sexual contact and is caused by a parasitic organism. Symptoms are not always caused by Trich. If this happens, it can produce a scent reminiscent of fishy odor, which is akin to BV, or a damp and earthy fragrance. A prevalent indication of Trichomoniasis is a discharge that appears greenish-yellow. Foul smells are often associated with the use of soap, but in my perspective, it could be linked to intimate activities with a partner. When bodily fluids are exchanged during unprotected sex, it may lead to unpleasant odors emanating from the person's body. Frequently, a foul odor can result from a yeast infection. It may not be fair to pass judgment on someone solely based on their smell, as it could be attributable to a natural cause. If you encounter a fruit with a foul odour, as you wouldn't consume something that you find unappetizing, similarly you should avoid going down. There are other various factors that contribute to unappealing odors, including natural causes, poor hygiene, use of certain soaps, and more. Focusing too much on the issue can lead to a loss of interest or motivation as soon as you detect an unpleasant odor while engaging in sexual activity. Occasionally, such occurrences are typical. My top recommendation would be to avoid going down if you suspect a foul smell and to make sure to take a warm shower following sexual activity. Perhaps, it is reasonable to assume that a majority of you would not be bothered by an unpleasant odor while going down.lol

I have had sessions with disgusting SPs. My most recent one, there were 4 other reviews who said the same thing.

When that happens, I just take the loss. I pay and just leave.

I don't even bother complaining because a $20 discount is a joke.

A few points that are worth repeating:
  • A healthy vagina will usually have an odor/taste. It should be slightly acidic or sour, like plain yogurt. It can also have a more metallic taste. This can vary according to the menstrual cycle.
  • A fishy smell is not normal. This is the result of bacterial vaginosis (read Obvio's post), which is associated with a basic pH of the vagina (pH>7) (abnormal state)
  • Most odor problems are not solved by a trip to the shower, but rather to the doctor (or pharmacist)

Can't say I have had sessions with disgusting SPs, as I check reviews and rely on some trusted recommendations before I jump in.
I just pay and walk away when there is any unpleasant smell, even sweat or any sign of poor hygiene. Happens even at the 2 major agencies. Cleanliness and hygiene are and should be a given minimum.

Before entering the hobby as a young lad, I had the misfortune of having a girlfriend with a very strong vaginal odour. It turned me off so much that I refrained from going down on women for a long time. Her odour was beyond anything I have encountered to date in the hobby, even with the worst-smelling SP vagina.

There were two women that I went with recently that had a very mild odour, not enough to stop me from DATY, but just enough to make a note and recall my experience as a young lad.

Having said that there was one SP who smelled so much I finished quickly and left, never to return. I have read reviews on here of fellow Merbs having the same experience with her. It's too bad and a touchy subject to bring up.

I would suggest the finger approach before sampling the menu. Move your finger around her vagina and then discretely bring it up to your nose while she is not looking. Usually, this serves me well.

Here is the problem with the "two major incall agencies": they don't leave enough time between clients! About 10 min I've been told. And if the girl wants to take time for a shower during an appointment, some clients may not be happy. These circumstances make it hard for the girls to maintain an optimal level of hygiene.

Mandouke, had the same issue as you and very sure with the same lady you are referring to.

And just to clarify, I am very happy to see a lady excuse herself at the end of our meeting (within the paid-for time) to take a shower. It signals that she likely did the same with the previous client (hygiene was good from the start).

Can't stand with smell or poor hygiene. I would just leave without saying anything.
I prepare myself very well before going to see any SP or for massage.
