If so, it almost looks like the board's management is condoning criminal actions by the individuals mentionned in the thread, which was simply a link to the Quebec tribunals website. Why is censorship used to protect convicted criminals?

If, as a client or an SP, you've committed no crime, how can LE compel you to testify against the agency?

What does LE do with the clients and the SPs? They have violated no law.

Would LE even bother contacting a client/SP?

I figured it was important that members of this community find out if they've been unknowingly been peddled minors years ago.

A few years ago, i was told that a very well-known poster had to testify in court against people busted for running an escort agency. Whether this was done voluntarily or not, i don't know.
