yes, toronto has the best selection of asian women- although i have used the asian agencies, i often just go to the massage parlors where there are some real hotties. i found london uk to have a good selection of attractive russian/east european and asian women with good service and reasonable prices. although the last time i was there, a russian women told me that brexit might reduce the number of foreign escorts.
Jalimon- my go-to Asian agency in Toronto is Moonwaiting. They have a deep lineup of eye candies with frequent turnover. Have not yet been disappointed with service. Nice, clean, modern incalls in the GTA, mostly in North York and Markham.
Best Asian massage parlor Ive visited on a regular basis was in Hawaii right in Waikiki. All the girls came from China on a 30 day visa majority under 30 yrs old - advertised on backpage. You went up a discrete entrance to the second floor. Unfortunately they became too popular and the local LE or whomever shut them down. Ironically that WAS the best parlor but all the other no tell massage parlors remained open. Good figure, probably someone turned them in.

US: 10/10 for Looks to Cost ratio. High legal risk. The low cost isn't worth it IMO.
Canada: Toronto best for Looks/Service/Cost. Negligble legal risk. Montreal also very good, but Toronto is better IMO (can book half hours and girls are prettier).

i live in the us and generally find my worst experiences have been here. outside of the large cities, i find the quality is really low and overpriced. in the major cities, the quality is good but usually very pricey. my best experience in the us has probably been at asian massage parlors in nyc. i have found a couple that provide full service at reasonable prices with attractive ladies. i have had some good experiences in prague (although i hear that it was much better 10-15 years ago). i found an escort agency that i liked- young, sweet, attractive women at very reasonable prices. also, had some of my best erotic massages there. amsterdam is fine and provides a different type of experience. my krakow experience was bad. some experience in singapore and paris- but not enough to form a strong opinion. my best experiences have been in montreal, toronto and london- in that order. need to try germany fkk and southeast asian.

Interesting to read about other experiences here, and I appreciate that. Been a while since I posted but I will just chime in. I just want to say that most of my experiences are dated (we are talking like 4-5 years ago).
I tried my own backyard (US) a few times years ago and it was just OK. Maybe one day I'll dabble in the high end ones but for some reason I don't have the desire to do that.
Vancouver - Did it through an agency. Had a good time with the girl I met. They are generally more pricey there so I was quite selective but the agency I used (WCA) was very accommodating. I would go to them again in the future.
Victoria - This was years ago and also made the arrangement through an agency. Had a great experience but the girl I saw is no longer there. Price is about the same as Vancouver and the agency (Sweet VIPS) was also very accommodating. Would use them again in the future.
Lisbon - Only saw one girl but had a decent time. She was super nice. This was about three years ago. I would be interested to explore more of what the country has to offer.
Prague - Had a bad experience there. I got scammed once (rookie mistake) and the other I met was just average for the price and hassle. They were both independents. I wouldn't rule Prague out yet, I think I should have done more research.
Budapest - Did it once and it was great. Went to this rather well-known independent. She actually arranged quite the experience. Loved Sao Paulo at Bamboa for the ambiance and the party as you decide how you end up the night.
It is all it is made out to be. I just don't like the strip-club vibe. I see escorts at a nice hotel.
