A decade ago, I may have concurred with your viewpoint, but presently, the Montreal nightlife scene has lost its charm. Since Covid-19, the nightlife scene has undergone significant challenges that I had never witnessed before. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in the closure of several clubs and restaurants while some individuals remain apprehensive about venturing out due to the virus. I believe that the summertime nightlife in Montreal is enhanced by various events such as Grand Prix, Osheaga, île soniq, beach club and piknik. During the winter, the vitality of the nightlife scene is solely maintained by the presence of certain events such as New City Gas, La Palma, Flyjin,Cathcart , Marcus and Igloofest.

Montreal has lost a part of its soul.....ever since COVID....it's just not the same. Boarded up shops and bars, restaurants along St-Catherine.I've seen stores and boutiques close-up shop at 8:00 on a Thursday night because of lack of foot traffic on city streets.Construction everywhere plus you can't find a parking spot anywhere downtown....the city's administration is going nuts over turning this city into one huge bike path. Crescent street is all but dead.....and it ain't any better on St-Denis street either.

Montreal has lost a part of its soul.....ever since COVID....it's just not the same. But the part about losing the city its (hobbying) soul also resonates with me. I've been itching to book another trip to Montreal and I haven't done it because no particular woman there is compelling me. I typically like to line up a few indy appointments as part of my stay. There isn't a new indy I'm dying to see, much less two. There is no agency lady that I absolutely have to see. In the past, there were so many women that I'd be counting down the days until I board the plane.

It's definitely possible to go with the flow and I'll have a good time once I'm there. But the fact that no one is drawing me there this time around is definitely unusual.

Old Montreal since 30 years......can't wait for the summer and beautiful girls all around day and night.....Vieux -Port and Place Jacques-Cartier are the places to b...and visit.
