It's true 99.9% (or more) of the time agencies use images of models that have nothing to do with their agency for style effects. Unfortunately, I believed that about one agency for years about a stunning image I thought was just a borrowed model and then found out in one meeting that the model was a real escort at the agency....an incredible rare stunning one. I met her just before retirement and missed years with her. I don't think you will hit that 0.1% this time, but keep on asking. Some day it could be.
