you'd have to ask them I guess. Personal preference. Some just find it unpleasant. Others too intimate. etc etc.
Maybe some don't like the texture going into the throat. Maybe they feel they don't have to, as you already came so the fun is done. Some may just see it as a way to make extra $ and will do it only if you specifically ask for it so they can charge that juicy $. I don't think there is a definitive answer at all.

This analogy works because oysters have an odd texture in the mouth as does semen, which has a very sticky texture because the sperms need energy from fructose to swim and fertilize the egg. Years ago while having an abdominal MRI exam I drank a contrast substance called Volumen (spelling?) which was opaque and looked like semen and had a similar stickiness because it needs to coat the intestinal walls and provide a contrast. I kind of felt like I was swallowing cum.
With raw oysters I think the people that have problems with them it's more the odd texture than the taste, although some oysters can have a very briny taste. Some actually have a sweetish taste. A few months ago I ate some raw oysters from Washington state which were small and had the sweetest taste of any oyster I ever tasted. But all oysters have the same slimy texture and if you eat them whole it's both oysters and liquid and that can be a weird dining experience for the novice. They are slimy.
