After seeing one lady numerous times I got an offer to go on a cruise with her. Just pay for the trip and ALL else was off the clock. I had gotten to know her very well by then, and even before we met there had been dozens and dozens of exchanges by chat, email, phone, etc. We gelled very well together from the start, and we the first we met it was for three consecutive days with long hours off the clock until we got back to the room. By the time she made the offer I was already wondering if I was feeling too close to her and considering not seeing her so often. I was worried a trip of several consecutive full days together would lead to irreversible feelings and strong emotional complications. I passed on the trip. I regret it a bit now, but it may have been the better choice then.

Good point. The lady above and I knew some things about each other including taking her home but not much. Going on a trip and needing to carry all kinds of ID while sharing quarters and possibly having access to or involvement with billing info could be a great risk of letting out TMDI...too much detailed info.
Now how about for a non-hobby vacation? I would have to think real hard. Now, why the hell would I do that? Take the 1000 per day for one or two days and use the Other Cities Escorts section or ISG and go to a 3rd world hobby paradise. Flash enough money around in Brazil or Thailand and you will have a date for the week if that is what you want/need. Or go to Germany and spend half your time in the FKK lounging around the pool with 70 naked woman that can be had for a minuscule fee.
A 3rd world hobby paradise sounds great. Brazilian and Asian women are some of the most exotically fabulous in the world. Under the right circumstances it would be paradise. Still what worries me are the same conditions that make it seem so. Cheapness, ease of access, liberality. It sounds like so many chefs all actually swimming in the same huge pot of soup. Are there varying levels of access...levels of some assurance of safe intimacy???

It sounds like it was a disaster. Considering the tone of post 30 in that thread, and the results, I'd be wondering how well he knew the lady and what he based his choice on to go on trips with these women? It would be very tempting to choose a lady who was a sexual tiger while ignoring negative signs. You've got to get to know someone and stay aware of faults before going off with them. With results like I read in the post that did not seem to be the case.
In about 7 years of seeing one lady the only issue of any tension we ever had was over her wanting to pay a bill, which I didn't want. But from the beginning I took every chance to communicate with her and know her attitudes, feelings, and moods before we met.
