You can give it a shot to see how it goes. This NoFap especially with hardmode differs for everyone. Even for the individual himself each NoFap journey itself is different. Given that at the present moment there is no concrete objective scientific study regarding NoFap and mostly based on personal experiences. Personally I can say I went through both Hell and some amazing moments at the same time going through this. Still am.

Well, 21 times a month is like fapping 2 days out of 3 (assuming it's one time per day when the candy store is open). It sounds reasonnable to me. It gives you time to recharge, but you can still enjoy it on a regular basis.
