They are friends of mine. But this is my kind of girls night out. I am the guest by 1 friend, and my other friend is in dire need for a girls night out, so will be getting her a membership.

Well I am trying to be healthy, drop weight and put on muscle. Two foods I find the toughest to stomach that are supposed to be super foods are cottage cheese and sardines. I think today I finally found a brand of cottage cheese where the taste and texture go down ok. Good Culture it is called. I got to do more research on Sardines. I met some people in a specialty olive oil store who take a tablespoon of high polyphenol monovarietal olive oil everyday and gave me a sample. The way it tingles and then the spice hit in the back of your throat makes you realize how different it is from a store bought extra virgin olive oil blend. Suppose to improve your blood lipid profile. Anyways nutrition and health take work and is tough with so many conflicting messages and opinions out there. There is no one size fits all method.
