True it is good news, but Canada's army should be used to protect and defend Canada, not to help Europe and USA fight wars against Russia and for Ukraine. The announcement is to fund 2% of the GDP to fund defense but there is another agreement in motion to to set the target for defense to 3.5% which is way too much.
