There are some who are pay to be bi, like there are some pay to be gay. This isn't something that can be generalized.
I think there are many reasons why someone would not want to see couples other than being straight. I've had amazing experiences with couples, including a fantastic booking just 2 days ago, but some experiences weren't so nice. Sometimes men pressure their wives or girlfriends into having a threesome and I don't want to be part of that.
