I don't think some SP's will be comfortable answering this question for concerns of being labeled as racist.

But, in private conversations I had regarding the matter, I was explained that some "Gents" are extremely rough and also some "Gents" are actually gang members looking to pimp them.
I see black men as clients and not once I had a bad experience with any of them. Not saying this couldn't happen but there are a lot of stereotypes going around.

Here we go again.... The same old argument starting again lol

That's good. I was just relaying a conversation I had. In no way it should be interpreted as a generalization.
One conversation you had. Also I highly doubt somebody would book a SP in the age range of the women you see to pimp them.

Who said I book her? LOL It was one reason I was given, of course there could be others or none at all.

Everyone has different points of views here.

Oh sorry I misunderstood and thought you meant that it was a private conversation you had with somebody you booked. When I read private conversation I assumed it was in person.

But yeah. Everyone has different points of view. I just think sometimes some specific opinions are suspicious. I have no idea who this person is and what her lived experience says tho so I can't say anything.

You know if you don’t take mustard its an extra right? Like an escort charging extra because you don’t want CIM!
That was the "pun" Cap'tain!
Don't go often, but when I do, with mustard of course. Would not want to stop production and get the dirty looks...
On another subject, I mostly stay away from the Lounge for many reasons now...

Hmmm…

I get tested once a month or once every 3 weeks personally. I have a HPV shot and I am on prep. (very low risk when it comes to bbbj but I still want to be careful).. Prep has side effects and honestly I often wish I didn't have to offer risky services. I am not super high volume lately unless I'm touring, so I'm not too worried, but still. Personally, I don't like giving a bj with a condom, it's really unpleasant, so in a sense I'm getting away with doing something I prefer even if it's not super healthy lol But the industry demands that we offer GFE service. I can count on one hand the number of clients who wanted to have safe services in the last few years.
What is the etiquette if a test does turn out positive? From I understand symptoms for may take a 1 week or two to show up, then booking a clinic appointment takes time, and then the antibiotic regimen is usually a week. So do you contact every single client in the last week or two to ask them to get tested? Would that not be a detrimental Scarlett letter for your business even if that would seem normal? Have clients ever contacted SPs asking them to get tested if they themselves have tested positive?

I believe there a various versions of prep including multi-month injections that are less side effects. Yeztugo (lenacapavir) is a 6 month shot and it's pretty benign.

I know I take the shot. I can't tell you what the etiquette is. I have no idea. I've had a client accuse me of giving him a STI before and he was wrong, I wasn't the one who gave it to him.

A lot of STI have no symptoms and they have an incubation period. That's why it's everyone's responsibility to get tested on a regular basis if they engage in risky practices. (Daty and bbbj count)

testing is so so important, i get tested every month and i also take prep just in case, we never know what can happen like a broken condom. someone told me once "you must be not clean if you test that many times" and this is where i see that many adults are not properly informed about the spread of STI's.

It's crazy that someone told you that. Sometimes my civ friends have told me they got a STI just from a random hook up even if they were not that sexually active... Or even from their partner who cheated. It can happen to anyone. That's also why I wonder why some people here are bold enough to say there is "very little chance of getting a STI with daty/bbbj"..........

I have an unused sex swing and stand I would like to sell in the Halifax area. Would anyone have suggestions on how I can sell it? Something Quick and easy.

We all have different ideas of what risks to take, what constitutes "very little chance" etc. Having said that I will state that most STI studies would suggest that DATY/BBBJ have a lower transmission rate than sexual intercourse for MOST STD's. In the end, each person decides.
