I'm kinda curious if its possible to do a gangbang with an agency girl.

Supposing before the girl is ok with it beforehand and let's say i bring 4 other guys to the session.

Technically the agency shouldn't mind, right? Each guy would pay $270/280 whatever the standard rate is to the girl & agency and that's like at least $1300 made in a single hour!

Probably, yes, but i think the best way to handle this would be to ask the agencies to organize it. Especially if it happens in their incall. They would know anyway

Yep! Now is the perfect time to draw more attention on incalls. Fantastic idea

Generally what are the differences in working conditions of massage parlour and an incall agency? What are the pros and cons of either?
I've never worked at an incall agency so I can't speak for that. Massage parlours really differ from one place to another, and generally the service isn't exactly the same as the service offered in an agency. Some clients actually prefer going to massage parlours, even if that means they won't be getting certain services, or that they might not.

Pros: socializing with colleagues in person feels really healthy for me, more of a community atmosphere overall for me, feeling safer among other women and being able to get out of the room if someone does something bad, girls and receptionists recognize certain clients and can give you a bit of briefing, having access to a different clientele entirely, not having to do as much emotional labor, no bureaucratic work, different expectations from clients, not feeling stuck in a small incall space or hotel room, the work feels more ''physically active'' because of the massage part and for me that is positive, when the shift is over work is done, not having to dress up as much, less pressure overall, deciding what your schedule will be instead of having a really chaotic schedule

Cons: unpredictable income, long hours doing nothing sometimes, more chances of a client being intoxicated, at certain parlors there was animosity among workers but not at the one I'm working at, the place can get loud, sometimes being around a lot of people can be overwhelming, sometimes seeing many clients in a row with only a small break, sometimes it can be a bummer when you aren't chosen and other women are even if you like your colleagues, less of a ''real date'' feeling, it is kinda weird to have people outside of the room possibly hear you or hearing people walk by when you're in session, 0 information about a lot of walk in clients, some situations can be surprising in a bad way

Some of the advantages are similar to the advantages of working for an agency.
