I have many things on my mind today, but I will focus on only one of them. Why do agencies post the rates within their ads just to change them when you text them asking for information?
Is it a mistake or just poor management?
I think they are lucky that it doesn't fall under the law that if its marked wrong, its free. Or do they? lol

Just synchro issue I guess. Got the issue once and argue with the booker who went on "each girl is different" and me sending the screenshot from their website ...

I recently lost my job, any tips on getting a new job, before the end of the month
Thanks
Without asking a million questions and really getting into it, ask the people you've built relationships with in the industry if they're looking for the specific skill set they've seen you apply first-hand. Clients, competitors, mentors and colleagues in your field.

My approach to reduce this nervousness is treat the interviewers as your colleague. I put myself at ease and usually work. The reason they didn't select was a specific skillset the other candidate had in terms of experience. If you know your stuff, then ok, if not no need to lie or try to make it up (that add a level of nervousness in top)

Thanks, my issue isnt necessarily the technical side of it. Is more question like
1. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years
2. How to deal with a difficult customer
3.what did you like/dislike about your previous
4.What are your strength/weaknesses
etc
I really despise lying or coming up with bullshit answers. Therefore i tend to freeze when question like these are asked.

Bit surprised they're still asking those questions, seems very old school.
Usually those questions mean they want to know more about the character, they don't necessarily look for a specific answer.
The "Where do you see yourself...." is more about your own ambition than a specific role, they also want to know if you're planning a career in the company or not and also, to a point, if you're familiar with what they do.
Biggest mistakes in interviews in orienting the discussion toward how the job interest you. What they want to know is what you specifically can bring to the company through the job, not exactly the same.
So depending on the company and the job, the "how do you see yourself" could lean to "i'd like to manage a team". It shows ambition and it's vague enough.
Don't say you want to change departement in the next 3 months.
Strenght/Weaknesses should be answered with the job in mind.
Like / dislike on your previous job could be around the fact that there was no progression possible in your specific role at the time. Don't say bad things of your old boss ever, never a good idea for many reasons :)
As ik said it's been a while for me, but i'm pretty sure you could find some online help for those specific questions.

France beat Belgium 4-1 and there was not a long queue to vote. Also, 1st election for my oldest kid. Overall a good day.

Lately I've been thinking about happiness. What is happiness? What is the meaning of happiness? Is it important to be happy? These are questions that have been asked for millennia by philosophers and regular people alike. Almost everyone wants to be happy, but it is surprisingly difficult for anyone to explain succinctly what it means for them to be happy.(give it a try). In reading about this topic, I came across the following quote from the philosopher Seneca: "What is the happy life? It is peace of mind, and lasting tranquility". I might have well found my answer.
Un gros pickup, une fin de semaine au Grand Prix, un bateau au chalet, un téléphone à 3 000$ qui se plie en deux...le voilà le bonheur! Maudit qu'on se casse la tête pour rien des fois. /IRONIE

On my mind today is, how come we don't see 75 minute sessions at MPs?
They have 30, 45, 60, 90, and some places even offer 15 minutes. I would love to have 75 minutes, this for me is a perfect amount of time.

At the beginning, you undress, shower, freshen up, she comes in, a few words exchanged, and then on the table you go. Massage, teasing, flip and some frontal massaging, and then to the fun zone we go.
Then you reach your final destination, but sometimes you can be stubborn reaching this finale and the clock stresses you and your fighting to bust that nut. And then shower, clean up, some words and good bye.

15 minutes more, what a difference.

My 2 and half cents on the matter.

My observation is that 1h all included is already a "long" session for a MP setup. It changes drastically once you switch to an agency/Indy.
MP requires different type of level of presence within a specific timeframe.

They pretty much all offer 75min sessions. You just need to ask for it. With indies it's usually a foregone conclusion and if you ask they'll schedule it and give you a price for that time block. With most spa MPs if you ask mamasan for it she'll book it for you too, although a floor girl might not without checking with her first. It's normally only an issue with the "legit" places where they have set product offering and little flexibility to alter it, like some hotel or gym spas or whatever where the HE needs to be hidden inside the regular service offering, and even then sometimes you can get away with depending on the level of supervision.
