Bit surprised they're still asking those questions, seems very old school.
Usually those questions mean they want to know more about the character, they don't necessarily look for a specific answer.
The "Where do you see yourself...." is more about your own ambition than a specific role, they also want to know if you're planning a career in the company or not and also, to a point, if you're familiar with what they do.
Biggest mistakes in interviews in orienting the discussion toward how the job interest you. What they want to know is what you specifically can bring to the company through the job, not exactly the same.
So depending on the company and the job, the "how do you see yourself" could lean to "i'd like to manage a team". It shows ambition and it's vague enough.
Don't say you want to change departement in the next 3 months.
Strenght/Weaknesses should be answered with the job in mind.
Like / dislike on your previous job could be around the fact that there was no progression possible in your specific role at the time. Don't say bad things of your old boss ever, never a good idea for many reasons
As ik said it's been a while for me, but i'm pretty sure you could find some online help for those specific questions.
