Where's the talent going? Five years ago you could easily see solid 8s at multiple MPs. Now you've gotta fight to book them if they're even on the schedule. And their attitude is more along the lines of "I'm better than this" as opposed to "Thanks for helping me out".

You almost make me wish I was married. Almost. At 45yo, I'm pretty much a confirmed bachelor. I regret not having kids but I know so few people who are happy after years of marriage I almost feel indifferent. Kids can be pretty awesome if nephews are a good proxy.
